The Alignment Blueprint, designed by Bri Rhea, is her signature Level 1 Pilates Teacher Training program, thoughtfully created to guide you through the foundations and beginner levels of the classical Pilates method. This program emphasizes the essential principles, functional anatomy, effective teaching techniques, and the art of precise, intentional movement. Whether you’re beginning your teaching journey or refining your skills, The Alignment Blueprint provides a clear, structured path to becoming a confident and knowledgeable Pilates professional.
Level 1 is the first of 4 modules to complete and eventually graduate as a comprehensively certified Pilates Instructor.

Anatomy for safe, efficient movement
You’ll build a practical understanding of how the body moves, functions, and supports itself—without needing a medical degree. We break down anatomy in a way that directly applies to what you’ll see and teach in the studio. You’ll learn how muscles, joints, breath, and alignment work together so you can make informed choices that keep clients safe, enhance their performance, and help them move with ease and efficiency.

Classical mat & apparatus
You’ll gain a strong foundation in the classical Pilates system across the mat, reformer, tower, chairs and accessory equipment. Rather than memorizing choreography, you’ll learn the logic behind the order and the purpose of each exercise. This allows you to teach with intention, understand how the apparatus supports the work, and confidently guide clients through the classical method. -

Cueing, modifying & progressing clients
Clear, effective cueing is at the heart of transformative teaching. You’ll learn how to communicate movement in a way that lands - verbally, visually, and through hands-on feedback. We’ll cover how to modify exercises for different bodies, injuries, and abilities, as well as how to progress clients safely as they grow stronger. This ensures every session feels challenging, supportive, and tailored. -
