Stretch Therapy

These sessions are for casual or elite athletes, where our time together is devoted to passive, assisted, and active stretches. These stretches safely lengthen muscles while helping rebalance any compensation patterns or tightness in the body. A comprehensive and individualized approach is taken for what your needs are with additional services listed below.

PEMF Mat

Your session of stretching can be complimented by adding our top of the line pulsed electromagnetic frequency (PEMF) mat to your session. This mat helps to rebalance the positive and negative ions within your body at a cellular level, helping to promote an environment of healing and wellness.

Flossing

Muscle flossing can be used to speed recovery after races, competition or intense training, muscle flossing is also highly beneficial for anyone seeking a non-pharmaceutical option for pain reduction and improvement in movement.

Flossing uses a reusable compression band with a specialized wrap technique and a series of movements to enhance the glide of fascia. Target areas often include shoulders, elbows, wrists, knees, and ankles to reduce pain, and help improve joint and muscle movement.

Cupping

Cupping is an ancient form of alternative medicine in which cups are vacuum pressed on the skin for minutes at a time. The most common form are dry cupping and massage cupping. Dry cupping places a cup on the body using suction where it remains in one location for a period of time. By decompressing layers of tissues, cupping creates a better environment and space to improve glide of fascia and allow better range of motion and less pain.
