Pilates

Pilates is a comprehensive approach of exercises for everybody to move their body functionally, with strength, balance, flexibility and mobility at the apex of its approach. By integrating breath and movement within proper body mechanics you will increase awareness, and use the body as it was designed to move. These sessions are for everyone, from the serious athlete looking balance in their training, as well as individuals looking to attain or maintain general health, fitness and wellness goals.
